Redgwick Construction Company has an opening for the position of Project Manager
This position is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating and managing multiple projects throughout the Bay Area.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Managing multiple job controls to ensure compliance with contract documents.
Coordinating subcontractors
Develop and maintain baseline and current Project Schedule.
Overseeing and managing submittal, RFI, RFP, T&M documentation and log
Reviewing job cost versus job budget.
Review project takeoff
Able to read and understand documents to construct a detailed project estimate, composed of daily crew, material and equipment
Must be able to communicate well
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field
