Work included pavement grinding and resurfacing to restore surface quality and improve rideability. This involved removing 5 inches of existing pavement from the connector ramp and placing 5 inches of new asphalt in two lifts. Ramp closures were limited to 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Redgwick successfully completed resurfacing operations and reopened the ramp each night throughout the duration of the project.
