Work included excavation and installation of a 60-inch reinforced concrete pipe beneath the Tully on-ramp, backfilling with controlled density fill, and full resurfacing of the ramp. Redgwick was allotted an 24-hour closure window to complete the pipe installation across the full width of the on-ramp and restore the pavement. The ramp was reopened 6 hours ahead of schedule.
